Recommendations include reinforcing existing hydropower, upgrading transmission grids, extending the lifespan of nuclear plants, maximizing onshore wind power, and building new nuclear capacity. Policymakers are urged to reduce costs and resolve conflicts to facilitate the deployment of these measures, creating a competitive and environmentally responsible Nordic power system.
